Product exchanges:
If for any reason you need to exchange a product, contact us at Customerservice@Saveyourskull.com and one of our customer service agents will contact you with a return number as well as instructions for product return. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience at SaveYourSkull.com.
Exchange items must be returned with original packaging and tags. Items in new, unused and resellable condition returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s) qualify for an exchange.
Refund Policy:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we will refund your money (less a 20% restocking fee) upon receipt of item(s) to our warehouse. All items returned are to be in new condition with original packaging or tags. Items in new, unused and resellable condition returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s) qualify for a refund. We stand behind the quality of our products, as well as the service provided by our associates.
